Jordan Baker is a public relations professional with a proven track record as both a consultant and an in-house communications leader. Her journey to PR was not linear, and it began with a love for journalism, evolved through a fascination with coding and digital infrastructure, and landed firmly in the worlds of integrated marketing and strategic communications.

Throughout her career, Jordan has secured placements in top-tier local, national, trade, and international outlets and numerous broadcast TV and radio stations across the country.

As the founder of JBC, Jordan partners with leaders and organizations who are redefining their industries but often face a common challenge of closing the gap between internal expertise and external authority. She is dedicated to closing this gap, building the executive visibility and media presence critical to cultivating trust, lowering business risk, and accelerating revenue. Beyond the boardroom, she works to operationalize influence across the organization. She transforms the more invisible mid-to-senior-level subject matter experts into a media-ready bench, creating a unified voice that reinforces the organization's credibility at every level.

A firm believer that the best strategy is an informed one, Jordan is committed to staying on the cutting edge of communications technology. She holds specialized certificates in AI for Public Relations, Graphic Design, and Marketing, ensuring that JBC clients benefit from the latest tools and visual strategies.

Beyond the work, Jordan’s passion for the craft often bleeds into her downtime. When she isn't reading industry reports or the morning news, she is likely listening to a PR podcast or dissecting a bad press story to outline exactly what could have been done differently. But when she does unplug, you can find her serving on the tennis court, exploring local trails and dog parks with her dog, or finding balance through yoga and meditation.

Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Johnson C. Smith University.

Service is the anchor of her personal and professional life. She is an active member of The Washington Center Alumni Leadership Council, the American Marketing Association, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She resides in the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina.
